Kent Ng was born and raised in the Lower East Side of New York City. He was sworn in as a police officer in the early 90’s and during his patrolman duties has responded and dealt with many vehicular accidents. After his shift was over he attended and graduated from St. John’s University, earning his degree in Criminal Justice.

Officer Mike Gheller is a 31-year-old native New Yorker and 7-year veteran with the New York City Police Department. He is currently an investigator in Brooklyn, where he handles summons, injury and property-damage-only accidents, hit-and-run accidents, and vehicle theft.
Deborah Hamsho, Esq.
Former Traffic Court Judge
Former Judge Deborah Hamsho, Esq. served as Administrative Law Judge and Traffic Adjudications Judge at the Richmond County/Staten Island DMV office from 1995 to 2016. She is a certified mediator and a retired NYS general practitioner. She now lives in the beautiful Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania, where she serves her new community, the township of Whitehall, as a mayoral appointee to the Town Board of Ethics.
